TRAVELNETCUBA confirms itself as the winner as Best Travel Agency in Cuba again this year as in 2023.

Travelnetcuba was founded in 1994 by a couple of Italians from the tourism sector who decided to believe in Cuba as a destination and began to represent various Italian and international tour operators who were looking for an on-site agent who would look after the interests of their customers.

We began operating in Cayo Coco and then established offices in Varadero and in the 2000s we opened the branch in Havana which controls representative offices in the main destinations of Cuba. At the same time the agency deals with the supervision of Italian villages, taking care of the interests of many Tour Operators always putting the quality of services for their customers first.

Today the Travelnetcuba team in Havana has around 20 collaborators and customer assistants present in every destination in Cuba. There are hundreds of suppliers, including organizers of excursions, hotels and transport. We also manage BnB colonial houses, always choosing the best and for this reason we have been on the market for 30 years with great success and appreciation from those who choose to rely on us.

Over the years we have specialized in organizing tailor-made tours, we have no limits because our tours can be organized for two people or for groups and the itineraries are chosen together by listening to the preferences of our customers and the suggestions of our travel agents.

On-site assistance is another very important aspect of our work, we are always there! When you arrive in Cuba there will be someone to welcome you and during your tour or hotel stay just contact us and we will solve your every need. Having someone on site who speaks your language and is ready to intervene always makes a difference when you are in a country you don't know.

We start early in the morning, at 08.00 there is already someone in the office to respond to the first emails requesting quotes and to coordinate the day's operations, the departures of tours, excursions, arrivals and to greet those leaving for the airport. We never disconnect because our phones are active 24 hours because you are important and your holiday must be perfect!
