The boutique Hotel E Real is just next to the lively Plaza Central, the main square of San Juan de los Remedios, a colonial small town rich in history, traditions & myths. Hotel Real still preserves its colonial architecture and charm with long window-doors, high ceilings & balconies. The rooms on the first floor are accessible through an elegant marble-like staircase, which carries on to the roof-top terrace that offers a panoramic view over the town of Remedios and its surroundings. Real Hotel has a lobby bar, open all day, a restaurant on the ground floor, which offers healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Although the choice is a bit limited, all dishes are tasty and prepared with great care. On the roof-top terrace there is a bar open in the evenings. With only 8 rooms this is a charming boutique hotel that provides a careful attention to all its guests. E Real is part of a Hotel complex formed by the 3 other hotels in Remedios: E Mascotte, E Barcelona & E Camino del Principe, all located around the main square. As Hotel Real shares its reception with Hotel Mascotte, we would recommend you to check-in there, then a member of the staff will escort you to your room at E Real. The 4 hotels in Remedios distinguish themselves thanks to their unique style but they all are part of the E brand of Cubanacan Hoteles. Our favourite definition for E Hotels is “Encanto” (Spanish for charm) but E stays also for elegance, excellence & experience. Guests staying at Hotel Real are offered the opportunity to enjoy all the facilities of the complex and if you are lucky, you will also be able to attend evening shows where the local population is invited to take part of together with the hotel guests – the show usually takes place twice a week but it can be suspended if the hotels occupancy is very low.
